Our mission is to help all men, women, and children within the sphere of our influence to be saved and conformed to the image of Jesus Christ and to do so with all expediency.
Laurel Mission is a ministry to the mountain people of southeast Kentucky, spreading the gospel to the people living along Greasy Creek and in surrounding coal mining communities.
Laurel Mission began in the 1930s as an outreach of the United Brethren in Christ denomination. Over the years, thousands of people have been served in various ways including:

- Food
- Clothing
- Education
- Healthcare
