From I-75
- Take Kentucky exit 41and go East onto Hal Rogers parkway.
- Go about 45 miles, and exit onto the Hyden Spur.
- Take the Hyden Spur about 3 miles to Highway 421.
- Turn left onto Highway 421 South. Go about 24 miles to Highway221.
- Turn left onto Highway 221 and go 13 and a half miles to Big Laurel, KY.
- At Big Laurel, go left onto State Road 2008.
- Laurel Mission is on the left after 3 miles.
From I-81
- Take Tennessee exit 57B onto I-181 North toward Kingsport, go 8.5 miles.
- I-181 North becomes US-23 North, go 23.8 miles.
- Turn left onto US-421 North, go 42.2 miles.
- US-421 and US119 follow same route approximately 1 mile.
- Turn left onto US-421 North after coming out of Harlan/Baxter, go about 10 miles.
- Turn right onto 221 East after Bledsoe.
- Go 13 and a half miles to Big Laurel, KY.
- At Big Laurel, go left onto State Road 2008.
- Laurel Mission is on the left after 3 miles.
